Stoney Sensei began his training in Aikido in the older Aikikai style under former students of Maruyama Sensei. He started practicing at Kokikai SNJ in 2000, at his current rank of 2nd Dan. He has dedicated himself to training under the Kokikai System.

Stoney Sensei started teaching at our Marlton location in 2004 and continutes to train and teach.

In addition to his other training, Stoney Sensei trains directly with Kokikai-Ryu Aikido's founder, Sensei Shuji Maruyama, at camps, classes, and advanced seminars and in Japan. In addition,
